Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Mushroom Magic offers subscription purchase options on selected products.

Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected when placing your order. Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged for each recurring order unless your subscription is cancelled.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify that order.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use the subscription management options provided with your account or subscription emails. If you need assistance, contact us at reception@mushroommagic.au.

Changes to subscriptions

Where available, you may manage your subscription, including changing upcoming delivery dates, products or other subscription settings through your subscription portal.

Subscription discounts

Subscription pricing and discounts apply while the relevant subscription offer remains active. Any special introductory discount applies only according to the terms displayed with that offer.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
